The vision of an open space without barriers
Concept
This penthouse turns a structural challenge into a central design element. A warm greige and taupe palette, custom storage solutions, and an open space that adapts to the daily rhythm. The result is a fluid space, dominated by warm tones, where technical solutions become aesthetic details.
Smart solutions that make the difference
Day Area
The challenge of this penthouse came from a technical detail: a structural column housing the underfloor heating manifolds, which we chose to turn into the central element of the living area.
The way this column divided the wall gave us the opportunity to create a hybrid furniture piece. We integrated the manifolds into a compact volume with easy access, which takes on the role of a discreet cabinet and provides visual continuity to the TV console. To balance the composition, we opted for a wall-mounted screen. Since the family's dynamic revolves around cooking, we installed a swivel system for the television. This way, the screen can be easily turned either toward the relaxation area or toward the kitchen, adapting to the usage scenario at each moment of the day.

Special attention was given to the technical mounting details of the swivel TV system and to the finishing of the wood paneling that conceals the structural column, so that access to the manifolds remains easy yet completely invisible.
The kitchen was designed as a high-performance work space without sacrificing a welcoming feel. We integrated a generous island that maximizes both work surface and storage capacity, a necessity for a family that spends a lot of time cooking.
The earthy color palette was chosen to amplify the penthouse's generous natural light. We relied on premium materials and soft textures that gain depth under the sun's rays. The furniture not only looks modern but also delivers that sense of immediate comfort, turning the open-space area into a warm core of the home.
